Defective or Damaged Items


If you believe your device is defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery by email: sales@infomir.us

  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
  • Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide either a replacement device or a refund at our discretion.


    Our products ship directly from the U.S. warehouse. The listed price already covers any import duties or tariffs, so you will not be charged additional customs or trade-related fees for U.S. customers

    • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please contact us before sending anything back.
    • Shipping and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
